IT3 Communications (IT3) was founded in 2025 to address a need beyond managed technical services for our current customers. As a result of managing technology for multiple organizations across the eastern half of the United States, a need arose to address a gap in customer communications, which became IT3.  We realized that unanswered phone calls often represent lost sales opportunities, which result in lost revenue.  IT3 is the answer to this situation.  Working with our customers through our sister company, Parrish Consulting Services (PCS), we can enhance the telecommunications infrastructure, enabling us to identify staffing gaps during busy periods that can be supplemented with dedicated call center agents.  This service offers significant cost savings over traditional staffing methods.  Providing this service as a roll-over feature always ensures our customers receive a “first ring” answer capability, with the assurance that if they’re otherwise occupied, the call will not be missed.

Our Story

IT3 is another quality business service provided by its founder, Daniel Parrish.  In addition to its sister company, Parrish Consulting Services, IT3 extends the managed technical services provided since 1995, when Dan created his home office by building a desk (originally a door and two sawhorses) in our dining room, which held a computer and a notepad. After moving to various rooms throughout the house (5 kids = no quiet place to work), he and his wife, Kelly, made the hard decision in the late 90s to rent their first office building. By 2003, PCS had purchased a 600-square-foot building in Owensville and moved. In 2006, the business was officially big enough to incorporate, and it was a time for growth and expansion. As the customer base grew through hard work and complete dedication to customer service, so has the number of employees and the need for space. PCS and IT3 now jointly operate from their Midwest headquarters in Princeton, Indiana.
